The Group
Ken Rhodes

Ken has always been singing as a part of God's call on his life. While in high school and college he sang with Chestnut Ridge Quartet in Western Pennsylvania. While in the Philadelphia area he sang with the Prospectors Quartet for five years. For the past 20 years he has sung with the Fellowship Vocal Band which eventually became The Fellowship Quartet.

The Fellowship Quartet was originally based in Westmoreland County, but was moved to Bedford in 1999 when Ken and Darla purchased Friendship Village Campground and Retirement Community. As a licensed and ordained minister, Ken loves to preach and teach the word of God, and he has found many opportunities at Friendship Village and filling the pulpit for revivals and special Sundays in various churches.
Howard Crawford

Howard was born and raised in the Mount Union area of Pennsylvania. Being raised Pentecostal, he started singing and doing solo work at the age of 9. His singing experience would span a 60-year period of singing for the Lord. His singing with a group would cover a span from about 1970 to the present. He sang with the trio Spiritual Witness for several years, took about a 6-year layoff, and then started singing with The Fellowship Quartet about 7 years ago. He also sang with a Barbershop Chorus Group called Harmony Hill.

Howard loves to scratch-build model airplanes that actually fly. It is a joy to build something and then watch the results, he said. The Lord has blessed him and his spouse with four wonderful children and seven grandchildren. They have been married for over 50 years and they thank the Lord for the many blessings, healings, and supplying of their needs. His favorite Bible verse that describes how he feels when ministering in song is Romans 1:16; "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek."

Rich Davis

Rich says the Lord has blessed him with the love of his life with his wife of over 32 years and my best friend, Donna Davis. They also are blessed with two children; a son Justin, a computer science major, and a daughter Alyscia, who is studying massage therapy. Music is inherent in his family, who used to harmonize as they drove to church.

Growing up, Rich sang in various groups. School choirs, of course, as well as SPEOBQSA Barbershop Choir, the Assembly of God Eastern District Youth Choir, and a number of other church choirs. In college, he sang in a 12-person acapella choir that had the privilege to sing in the White House four times.

Finally, for the last 12 years, he has had the honor of singing with The Fellowship Quartet. This experience has blessed him through and through. Through the years he has enjoyed the pastimes of baseball, basketball, football, hunting and fishing. Rich was employed by Peoples Gas for 28 years.

His favorite Bible passage is Passage Romans 8:38-39: "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Robert Brallier

Since the age of 10, Robert has been fulfilling God's purpose in his life to sing. Through the guidance of his high school music teacher, he was able to participate in PMEA (Pennsylvania Musical Educator Association) music festivals from his sophomore to senior year. During this time, he gained valuable music experience at the district, regional, and all-state level. He also attended All-Eastern Chorus his junior year held in Rhode Island.

Upon graduating form high school, Robert was preparing for entry into college at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. That summer, he received word from his aunt about an opening with a local southern gospel quartet known as The Fellowship Quartet. Since then, Robert has been singing the lead vocal with the quartet. Singing with the quartet has provided a way for Robert to spread God's word to others through song and testimony. Robert has graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS degree in Biology.
